Key data
The new office building has a total rental area of around 6,255 m², spread over four floors. The rental units, of 150 m² and upwards, are designed to ensure space for expansion in line with your requirements. There are around 100 parking spaces available.
Rental prices are about 9.50 EUR/m² (net, cold). For this, you get a fully equipped office, with lighting, carpeting, flexible partition walls, a complete kitchenette, lobby, WC facilities etc.. The ancillary costs (running costs) are just 2.00 EUR/m². The monthly rent for a parking space is 30.00 EUR. The D|VISION CENTER is geared in particular to companies from the fields of healthcare, life sciences and technology including IT, and to consultancies.
